Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On September 4, 2025, Broadcom Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended August 3, 2025.

Item 8.01 Other Events.

On September 4, 2025, the Company announced that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company’s common stock of $0.59 per share. This dividend is payable on September 30, 2025 to common stockholders of record at the close of business (5:00 p.m., Eastern Time) on September 22, 2025.
