On August 21, 2025, BayCom Corp (the “Company”) issued the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference announcing the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend on the Company’s common stock of $0.25 per share, payable on October 9, 2025 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 11, 2025.
