Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 6, 2025, UWM Holdings Corporation, (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On November 6, 2025, the Company announced that its Board of Directors had declared a cash dividend of $0.10 per share on the outstanding shares of Class A common stock. The dividend is payable on January 8 , 2026, to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 18, 2025. Additionally, the Board approved a proportional distribution to SFS Corp., which is payable on or about January 8 , 2026. To the extent required by law, the Company will post Form 8937, with respect to the U.S. federal income tax characteristics of this dividend, to its website at investors.uwm.com.
