On November 24, 2025, Heritage Distilling Holding Company Inc. d/b/a IP Strategy (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the webcast replay, investor presentation, and transcript from the Company’s inaugural Investor Day 2025 presentation are available on the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website at ipstrategy.co/investor-day. The virtual Investor Day 2025 event offered an overview of the Company’s evolution, growth strategy, and alignment with the Story network’s programmable intellectual property ecosystem. Leadership from both the Company and Story discussed how AI, blockchain, and intellectual property are converging to shape a new investable asset class.
