The Inter-Vivos Trust's interest in the common stock were represented by trust certificates issued by the Heartland Bancorp, Inc. Voting Trust U/A/D May 4, 2016 (the "Voting Trust"), which were held by the Inter-Vivos Trust. As a result of the termination of the Inter-Vivos Trust, the trust certificates were distributed to the beneficiaries of the Inter-Vivos Trust, of which the reporting person received 1,484,970 trust certificates.
