( the "Company") from an affiliated trust, the Lola Brown Trust No. 1B (the "Trust"). The Trust distributed the Shares to the Reporting Person at the request of John S. Horejsi, who is a discretionary beneficiary of the Trust and the grantor of the JSHT.
- [F2]The trustee of the JSHT is Peak Trust Company-AK, which may be deemed to control the JSHT. As a result of his advisory role with the JSHT, Stewart R. Horejsi may be deemed to have indirect beneficial ownership of the Shares directly beneficially owned by the JSHT. However, Mr. Horejsi disclaims such beneficial ownership of the Shares directly beneficially held by the JSHT.
