On November 6, 2025, NuScale Power Corporation (“NuScale”) announced its financial results for the third quarter which ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the press release making this announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On November 6, 2025, NuScale issued a joint press release with Fluor Corporation announcing their entry into a definitive agreement regarding the monetization of Fluor’s investment in NuScale. A copy of the press release making this announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
