Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 21, 2025, Amalgamated Financial Corp. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share. The dividend is payable on November 20, 2025, to shareholders of record on November 5, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
