Item 2.02 - Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On November 12, 2024, Altus Power, Inc. (“Altus Power” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
