On October 30, 2025, Robert Price of the March GL Company (“March GL”) and Larry Swets, CEO of Greenland Exploration Limited (“Greenland”), participated in the DisruptED Podcast to discuss the formation of the Greenland Energy Company – a newly merged venture focused on developing the Jameson Land Basin in Greenland. On October 31, 2025, the March GL Company and certain personnel of March GL posted on their social media platforms, including on X and LinkedIn, an announcement regarding the advancing development of the Jameson Land Basin. In connection with the business combination by and among Pelican Acquisition Corporation (“Pelican”), Greenland Exploration Limited, March GL, and Pelican Holdco, Inc.
