Within 30 days following vesting of RSUs (provided such date does not fall during a Blackout Period), Issuer shall deliver the number of shares of Class A Common Stock that correspond to the number of RSUs that vested on the vesting date or, at the discretion of the Compensation Committee, its cash equivalent.
