Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On September 8, 2025, Planet Labs PBC (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for its second fiscal quarter ended July 31, 2025. The Company announced that it will hold a conference call and webcast to discuss these results at 8:30 a.m. eastern time on September 8, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
