Waldencast plc Announces Q2 2025 Financial Results and provides Q3 2025 Trading Update

On November 24, 2025, Waldencast plc provided business and financial updates by way of a press release for the three and six months ended June 30, 2025 and a trading update for the three months ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
