Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 18, 2025, Senti Biosciences, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (the “FDA”) has granted Orphan Drug Designation to SENTI-202 for the treatment of relapsed/refractory hematologic malignancies including Acute Myeloid Leukemia. The Press Release also contained a Virtual Investor “What This Means” Segment to discuss the Orphan Drug Designation for SENTI-202. The Press Release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
