Item 7.01 – Regulation FD Disclosure

On November 19, 2025, Lineage Europe Finco B.V., an indirect subsidiary of Lineage, Inc., announced it has commenced a private offering of euro-denominated senior notes (the “notes”) to persons reasonably believed to be qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), and to certain non-U.S. persons in accordance with Regulation S under the Securities Act. A copy of the press release making this announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
