On February 25, 2026, Lineage, Inc. (“Lineage”) issued an earnings release (the “Earnings Release”) announcing its results for the year ended December 31, 2025. A copy of the Earnings Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
