In July 2022, the ~~significant~~district ~~obligor~~court ~~was~~dismissed ~~$50~~Phoenix Light’s claims and certain of the claims asserted by Commerzbank AG,~~035~~ and subsequently entered judgment in each case in favor of Wells Fargo Bank,~~100~~ N.49A. In August 2022, Phoenix Light and Commerzbank AG each appealed the district court’s decision to the United States Court of Appeals for the ~~period~~Second Circuit. Phoenix ~~from~~Light ~~January~~dismissed 1its appeal in May 2023, terminating its case. In October 2023, the Company reached an agreement in principle with IKB to ~~June~~resolve ~~30,~~IKB’s ~~2023~~claims. The Company previously settled two class actions filed by institutional investors and an action filed by the National Credit Union Administration with similar allegations.

~~The Outlet Collection | Jersey Gardens mortgage loan constitutes a significant obligor within the meaning of~~ Item ~~1101(k)(2) of Regulation AB as disclosed in the Prospectus Supplement filed with the SEC on December 23, 2013~~6. ~~The~~Significant ~~Outlet~~Obligors ~~Collection | Jersey Gardens mortgage loan was paid in full as~~ of ~~November~~Pool ~~16, 2020, and is no longer an asset of the trust~~Assets.

The Garden State Plaza mortgage loan constitutes a significant obligor within the meaning of Item 7.1101(k)(2) ~~Change~~of inRegulation ~~Sponsor~~AB ~~Interest~~as disclosed in the ~~Securities~~Prospectus Supplement filed with the SEC on December 23, 2013. In accordance with Item 1112(b) of Regulation AB, the most recent unaudited net operating income of the significant obligor was $41,095,834.03 for the period from January 1, 2023 to June 30, 2023.

~~None~~The Americas Mart mortgage loan constitutes a significant obligor within the meaning of Item 1101(k)(2) of Regulation AB as disclosed in the Prospectus Supplement filed with the SEC on December 23, 2013. In accordance with Item 1112(b) of Regulation AB, the most recent unaudited net operating income of the significant obligor was $77,117,068.94 for the period from January 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023.

The Outlet Collection | Jersey Gardens mortgage loan constitutes a significant obligor within the meaning of Item 9.1101(k)(2) ~~Other~~of Regulation ~~Information~~AB as disclosed in the Prospectus Supplement filed with the SEC on December 23, 2013. The Outlet Collection | Jersey Gardens mortgage loan was paid in full as of November 16, 2020, and is no longer an asset of the trust.
