Item 8.01 Other Events.

The 333 North Bedford Mortgage Loan, which constituted approximately 3.4% of the asset pool of the issuing entity as of its cut-off date, is an asset of the issuing entity and is part of a loan combination that is being serviced and administered under the pooling and servicing agreement, dated as of October 1, 2016, relating to the Wells Fargo Commercial Mortgage Trust 2016-NXS6 filed as Exhibit 4.5 to the registrant’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on November 30, 2017 (the “WFCMT 2016-NXS6 PSA”). Pursuant to Section 7.01(d) of the WFCMT 2016-NXS6 PSA, CWCapital Asset Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, was removed as special servicer of the 333 North Bedford Mortgage Loan and Argentic Services Company LP (“ASC”), a Delaware limited partnership, was appointed as the successor special servicer of the 333 North Bedford Mortgage Loan under the WFCMT 2016-NXS6 PSA.

In the interest of transaction management, this Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed to record that, effective as of September 4, 2025, the 333 North Bedford Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced, if necessary, pursuant to the WFCMT 2016-NXS6 PSA, by ASC. ASC maintains its principal servicing office at 740 East Campbell Rd. Suite 600, Richardson Texas 75081 and its telephone number is 469-609-2000.
