Item 8.01 Other Events.

The 650 Madison Avenue Mortgage Loan, which constituted approximately 5.0% of the asset pool of the issuing entity as of its cut-off date, is an asset of the issuing entity and is part of a loan combination that is being serviced and administered under the trust and servicing agreement, dated as of December 8, 2019, relating to the MAD Commercial Mortgage Trust 2019-650M filed as Exhibit 4.5 to the registrant’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on February 12, 2020 (the “MAD 2019-650M TSA”). Pursuant to Section 7.1(d) of the MAD 2019-650M TSA, 3650 REIT Loan Servicing LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, was removed as special servicer of the 650 Madison Avenue Mortgage Loan and Green Loan Services LLC (“Green Loan”), a Delaware limited liability company, was appointed as the successor special servicer of the 650 Madison Avenue Mortgage Loan under the MAD 2019-650M TSA.

In the interest of transaction management, this Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed to record that, effective as of September 5, 2025, the 650 Madison Avenue Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced, if necessary, pursuant to the MAD 2019-650M TSA, by Green Loan. Green Loan maintains its principal special servicing office at 1 Vanderbilt Avenue, New York, New York 10017 and its telephone number is (212) 594-2700.
