Item 6.04 Failure to Make a Required Distribution.

The Certificate Administrator made distributions to the Certificateholders on the August 15, 2025 Distribution Date. The Certificate Administrator was subsequently notified by the Master Servicer on September 4, 2025 of receipt of funds from the late payoff of the 180 Water Mortgage Loan (Loan Number 9 on Annex A-1 of the prospectus of the registrant relating to the issuing entity filed on December 20, 2019 pursuant to Rule 424(b)(2)). This resulted in an additional principal payment to the Class A-2 Certificateholders in an amount equal to $23,241,523.89, an additional principal payment to the Class A-SB Certificateholders in an amount equal to $8,223.40, an additional principal payment to the holder of the VRR Interest in an amount equal to $652,777.96, an additional interest payment to the Class J-RR Certificateholders in an amount equal to $37,340.24 and an additional interest payment to the holder of the VRR Interest in an amount equal to $1,048.39. The additional payments were made to the impacted Certificateholders on September 5, 2025.
