On September 17, 2025 a distribution was made to holders of the certificates issued by CSAIL 2017-C8 Commercial Mortgage Trust.

In accordance with Item 1112(b) of Regulation AB, the most recent unaudited net operating income of the significant obligor was $6,983,381.20 for the period from January 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025.
