Item 6.04 Failure to Make a Required Distribution.

The Certificate Administrator made distributions to the Certificateholders on the September 17, 2025 Distribution Date. The Certificate Administrator was subsequently notified by the Master Servicer on October 1, 2025 of payment revisions in order to reduce shortfalls that were impacting certain classes of certificates. This resulted in an additional principal payment to the Class A-3 Certificateholders in an amount equal to $635,276.55, an additional interest payment to the Class A-S Certificateholders in an amount equal to $197,297.55, an additional interest payment to the Class B Certificateholders in an amount equal to $138,766.31, an additional interest payment to the Class C Certificateholders in an amount equal to $108,473.07, an additional interest payment to the Class D Certificateholders in an amount equal to $120,870.00, an additional interest payment to the Class E Certificateholders in an amount equal to $83,152.83, an overpayment of interest to the Class X-A Certificateholders in an amount equal to $364,118.91 and an overpayment of interest to the Class X-B Certificateholders in an amount equal to $33,444.32. The payment adjustments described above are expected to be made on or prior to the next distribution date.
