Item 6.04 Failure to Make a Required Distribution.

The Certificate Administrator made distributions to the Certificateholders on the October 10, 2025 Distribution Date. The Certificate Administrator was subsequently notified by the Master Servicer on November 10, 2025 of receipt of funds from the late payoff of the La Quinta Inn & Suites Blue Springs Mortgage Loan (Loan Number 67 on Annex A-1 of the prospectus supplement of the registrant relating to the issuing entity filed on May 15, 2015 pursuant to Rule 424(b)(5)) which also impacted the realized losses and interest attributed to the La Quinta Inn & Suites Blue Springs Mortgage Loan. This resulted in an additional principal payment to the Class D Certificateholders in an amount equal to $2,928,168.19, an additional interest payment to the Class D Certificateholders in an amount equal to $29,758.48 and an additional interest payment to the Class E Certificateholders in an amount equal to $29,659.94. The additional payments were made to the Class D and Class E Certificateholders on November 12, 2025.
