On November 18, 2025 a distribution was made to holders of the certificates issued by BENCHMARK 2024-V7 MORTGAGE TRUST.

(the "Depositor") and held by BENCHMARK 2024-V7 MORTGAGE TRUST were the subject of a demand to repurchase or replace for breach of the representations and warranties contained in the underlying transaction documents during the monthly distribution period from October 21, 2025 to November 18, 2025.
