Item 1. Distribution and Pool Performance Information.

Reported Asset Review Trigger: As of May 12, 2026, the Twenty Ninth Street Mortgage Loan, the Panorama Corporate Center Mortgage Loan, the 18th Avenue Mortgage Loan, the 86th Street Mortgage Loan, the Wyckoff Avenue Mortgage Loan, the Beverley Road Mortgage Loan, the Stillwell Avenue Mortgage Loan, the Church Avenue Mortgage Loan and the Rite Aid Ashland Mortgage Loan (Loan Number 2, Loan Number 3, Loan Number 11, Loan Number 12, Loan Number 18, Loan Number 20, Loan Number 22, Loan Number 29 and Loan Number 37, respectively, on Annex A-1 of the prospectus of the registrant relating to the issuing entity filed on May 31, 2016 pursuant to Rule 424(b)(2)) are 60 or more days delinquent and an Asset Review Trigger as defined in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement has occurred.
