The Make Whole Award is scheduled to vest in three equal annual installments beginning on September 2, 2026, the first anniversary of the grant date, subject to satisfaction of the related vesting requirements set forth in the Baxter International Inc. (Baxter) 2021 Amended and Restated Incentive Plan (the Plan).
