Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On September 15, 2025, WEBTOON Entertainment Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that The Walt Disney Company (“Disney”) and the Company have entered into a non-binding term sheet with respect to the future development of an all-new digital comics platform and a minority equity investment in the Company by Disney. A copy of the press release is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
