On June 5, 2024, Clough Global Dividend & Income Fund, (NYSE: GLV) (the “Fund”), a closed-end fund, issued a press release in connection with the authorization by the Fund’s Board of Trustees of the renewal of its open-market share repurchase program pursuant to which the Fund may purchase, through June 30, 2025, up to 5% of its outstanding common shares in open-market transactions. Details of the program can be found in the attached Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
