On November 10, 2025, Summit Midstream Corporation (NYSE: SMC), a Delaware corporation issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the three months ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
