- [F1]1.The original Form 4, filed on February 26, 2021, is being amended by this Form 4 Amendment solely to correct an administrative error, which misreported an award of service-based restricted stock units that occurred on February 24, 2021, as a total of 6,170 when in fact 7,119 service-based restricted stock units were awarded. As a result of this administrative error, the number of shares beneficially owned by the reporting person following the corrected transaction reflects an increase in the number of shares reported as beneficially owned by the reporting person by 949 units. The units will vest in four equal installments on March 1 of 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025, subject to certain exceptions. Dividend equivalents will accrue under this award and be paid in cash upon vesting.
