Item 8.01. Other Events.

The Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of PVH Corp. (the “Company”) declared on August 6, 2025 a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0375 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on September 24, 2025 to stockholders of record on September 3, 2025.

A press release announcing the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
