On August 19, 2025, Jeremy Buchanan notified IPALCO Enterprises, Inc. (“IPALCO”), a subsidiary of The AES Corporation (“AES”), of his decision to resign from his position as Vice President, Human Resources of the AES US utilities businesses, including IPALCO and IPALCO’s principal subsidiary, Indianapolis Power & Light Company, doing business as AES Indiana, for another employment opportunity, effective September 2, 2025.
