Item 8.01 Other Events.

On October 21, 2025, the Board of Directors of HBT Financial, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.21 per share on the Company’s common stock (the “Dividend”). The Dividend is payable on November 10, 2025 to shareholders of record as of November 3, 2025.
