On July 22, 2025, Orrstown Financial Services, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to report earnings for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.

In connection with the press release announcing the Company’s quarterly earnings, the Company posted an investor presentation to its website at www.orrstown.com. The Board of Directors of the Company declared a cash dividend of $0.27 per common share, payable August 12, 2025 to shareholders of record as of August 5, 2025.
