Hawthorn Bancshares Announces Increase in Cash Dividend

Jefferson City, MO. — April 30, 2025 — Hawthorn Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: HWBK) announced today that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per common share, payable July 1, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 15, 2025, which represents an increase of $0.01 per common share from the prior quarter's dividend.
