Item 3.01 Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.

Electroglas, Inc. announced today that it has received notification that the Company’s securities will be delisted from The NASDAQ Stock Market, effective with the open of business on Monday, March 23, 2009.

The Company anticipates that its securities will begin trading on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (the “OTCBB”), an electronic quotation service maintained by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (or FINRA), effective with the open of business on Monday, March 23, 2009. The Company’s shares will continue to trade on the OTCBB under the symbol EGLS.
