The reporting person is a principal stockholder of the sole shareholder of the Partnership's general partner, Advisor's Capital Investments, Inc. Each Unit cost $30,000 and consisted of 10,000 shares of the Issuer's Common Stock, $.001 par value and warrants to purchase an additional 5,000 shares of the Issuer's Common Stock.
