- [F1]The Reporting Persons reported the beneficial ownership of 17,641 Limited Partnership Units (the "Units") in a Form 3 filed on September 8, 2003. Of the 17,641 Units reported as being beneficially owned, 6,658 of such Units were deemed to be beneficially owned by virtue of agreements for the sale of such Units received pursuant to a tender offer by the Reporting Persons that expired on August 29, 2003 (the "Offer"). This Form 4 reports the beneficial ownership of 17,392 Units. The reduction in beneficial ownership of Units reported in this Form 4 results from the fact that the purchase of 249 of the 6,658 Units tendered as of the expiration of the Offer could not be completed because they were withdrawn or were otherwise incapable of being transferred.
