On February 26, 2026, Starz Entertainment Corp., a corporation organized under the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada (hereinafter the “Company”), issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. A copy of the Company’s press release is being furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
