On September 29, 2022, Stealth BioTherapeutics, Inc. (“Stealth Delaware”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Stealth BioTherapeutics Corp, and Robert Weiskopf agreed that he will step down from his position as Chief Financial Officer of Stealth Delaware on September 30, 2022.
