However, the purchase was not authorized by the reporting person and was executed due to an error in process by the broker. Effective 12/12/2024, the purchase has been correctly attributed to Anthony Joseph Compofelice, a member of the reporting person's immediate family who does not share the reporting person's household. As noted in the Form 4 filed on 12/10/2024, the reporting person no longer has a reportable beneficial interest in the shares of CTGO common stock owned by Anthony Joseph Compofelice and included in the reporting person's prior ownership reports. The original Form 4 is being amended to reflect that (i) Anthony Joseph Compofelice's purchase of 10,000 shares of CTGO common stock on 12/10/2024 did not occur for purposes of the reporting person's account and (ii) the reporting person continues to directly own 148,498 shares of common stock.
