On April 25, 2025, the Registrant issued a press release announcing the results for the quarter ended March 31, 2025.

A copy of the Company’s press release with respect to the results for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.
