On July 18, 2025, Lake Shore Bancorp, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce the closing of the conversion of Lake Shore, MHC from mutual to stock form, the related stock offering by the Company and Lake Shore Savings Bank’s conversion from a federal savings bank to a New York chartered commercial bank. For additional information, refer to the press release dated July 18, 2025, which is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
