On August 6, 2025, Claros Mortgage Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 and distributed certain supplemental financial information. Copies of the press release and supplemental financial information are furnished herewith as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively. The press release and supplemental financial information have also been posted in the investor relations/presentations section of the Company’s website at www.clarosmortgage.com.
