Financial Results for the Quarter Ended June 30, 2025

On August 7, 2025, FiscalNote Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
