Loan transferred to Special Servicer on 11-02-2021 due to Imminent Monetary Default and subsequent default for the 11-06-2021 payment. Property is a 1.45MM SF
Class A, 22-story office building w/ ground floor retail located in the Chicago CBD. The Pr operty occupies an entire city block with frontage on four streets and
lobby entrances at the north and south ends of the building on West Jackson Boulevard and West Quincy Street . The Property's layout consists of 21 office levels, a
ground floor th at includes grade retail and a subterranean garage with 200 parking spots. As of March 2025 Property is 49% occupied. Receiver has been
appointed. Receiver has hired a broker to market the property for sale and Lender is reviewing offers to sell the property . Buyer has been identified and sales
contract is being negotiated. Receiver will continue to address property needs and leasing. The Master Servicer has deemed the Loan as non-recoverable.

Loan transferred to SS due to Imminent Monetary Default as the loan matured on 1/6/2024. Borrower has rescinded its DPO offer. SS receiver approval to appoint a
receiver and initiate FC proceedings. A receiver was appointed on 4/17/2025. Receiver isworking through operational items at the Property. Ongoing discussions with
receiver regarding taking the property to market in Q4 2025.

The Loan transferred to SS due to Imminent Monetary Default ahead of maturity in 11/2023. The Loan subsequently defaulted at maturity. A PNL has been executed.
Borrower requested a loan modification and Special Servicer provided approved terms whichBorrower subsequently declined. Special Servicer sent a Notice of
Default and is pursuing foreclosure with a sale expected by 9/4/2025.

11/6/2023

Loan transferred to special servicing due to borrower-declared imminent monetary default as a result of the loan's upcoming maturity date. Lender and borrower
parties executed a forbearance agreement expiring 12/6/2024 with one (1) 6-month extensionoption and as of 3/28/2025. Upon expiration of the forbearance, SS and
Borrower engaged in discussions with respect to an amendment of the aforementioned forbearance agreement. Ultimately terms for an additional forbearance could
not be reached and the Loan is in default under the original forbearance. SS received approval to file for FC and receivership and on 6/23/2025, CBRE was appointed
as receiver. CBRE is currently in as receiver and is in control of the property operations.

Loan transferred 9.8.2023. The loan went into maturity default. Special Servicer initiated legal action including appointment of receiver and commencement of
