On October 22, 2014, the employment contract of Geovic Mining Corp. (the “Company”) with Greg Hill, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Interim Principal Accounting Officer and Secretary, terminated. Christopher A. Serin, Director of the Company, will serve as Chief Financial Officer and Interim Principal Accounting Officer and Secretary of the Company.
