("Diamondback"), Sidewinder Merger Sub Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Diamondback ("Merger Sub"), and Energen Corporation ("Energen"), Merger Sub merged with and into Energen (the "Merger") with Energen surviving the Merger as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Diamondback.
