The 8-K is being amended because the Distribution date was not changed to reflect the December 27th paymentand an Exhibit showed November 28th date instead of December 28th date. Also, there was reported added amounts under weighted average net rate with no label as it should not have been reported following the Collateral Statement (regarding REG AB compliance). This revision was not previously disclosed in a 1934 Act filing. The revised data has been and will continue to be available on the Wells Fargo Bank, website at www.ctslink.com.
