The 8-K is being amended because the incorrect LIBOR rate was used for a certificate and the payments have been revised for the 3al and 3a2 certificates. This revision was not previously disclosed in a 1934 Act filing. The revised data has been and will continue to be available on the Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., website at www.ctslink.com.
